What does The Freshmen Company supply?

Fresh mushrooms, vegetables, fruits, herbs & spices, and pantry & dry goods: 394 SKUs across 5 categories, supplied daily to HORECA outlets, hotels, and professional kitchens across Kuala Lumpur, Klang, and Selangor.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Kuala Lumpur (KL), Klang, and Selangor, from our distribution centre in Sungai Buloh, Petaling Jaya.

How often do you deliver, and what's the order cut-off time?

We deliver 6 days a week, with a daily order cut-off at 8:00 PM for next-day delivery.

What are your payment terms?

Approved accounts get 30-day credit terms. Every account gets the same straightforward terms: no hidden minimums, no surprise cut-offs.

How do I set up an account?

Visit our Vendor Onboarding page to download the account opening form and our bank details, or WhatsApp us directly and our team will walk you through it.

How do I get a quote or place an order?

The fastest way is WhatsApp. On our Range and category pages you can also tick the items you need and send your selection straight to our team as a WhatsApp inquiry.

When was The Freshmen Company founded, and where are you based?

Freshmen Marketing Sdn Bhd was founded in 2019 as the local marketing arm of Hor Fung Naturefresh, a mushroom cultivator. We're based in Sungai Buloh, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Do you handle cold-chain and temperature-sensitive produce?

Yes. We operate two cold rooms and a fleet of chilled trucks to protect temperature-sensitive produce from arrival to delivery.
